Lost/stolen keycard $35. The parking garage is owned and managed by Township of Bloomfield. Management/ownership will help coordinate your permit(s) and will not charge any management fee for this service. Parking will be charged at the then-prevailing rate of the parking garage subject to change (likely to be on July 1) of each year
